Training

Six months of support is required and included with an initial purchase of EncomPos Retail - this period is spent working one on one with our support team to integrate your data into EncomPos and learn the in's and out's of the tool. Training is available from 9AM EST - 6 PM EST Monday - Saturday.

Support

After the intial 6 months of support, a support plan is optional. When a customer is no longer on support but needs a new employee or manager trained, the cost is $50 per hour with a one hour minimum. Or you can always purchase one of our support blocks for constant support whenever you need it. Support is available from 8AM EST - 9PM EST seven days a week.

EncomPos Software Custom Programming

Custom Programming

If you would like to add a custom feature to the software, EncomPos can accomodate those needs at $50/hour. Time is spent with each customer detailing the custom work wanted and evaluating a fair estimate on how much time it will take to complete. For features that are requested by multiple customers that makes sense to add as a global feature, there is generally no charge.
